Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

We require 1 week notice (7 full days before 3pm check-in time of reserved room) for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. Anything less than 1 week notice, we reserve the right to charge in full the first night cancelled + $25 dollars a day for every night thereafter if we are unable to resell the room.<\/p>\n

* Your credit card will be charged for full amount of reservation if less than 3 days (72 hours before 3pm check-in time of reserved room) for any cancellation during peak season (May 1 \u2013 Sept 30) and holidays.<\/p>\n
